Return or Exchange
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unwashed, unworn, smoke free and it must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

***Refunds will only be issued in the form of a store credit.
***Shipping is also non-refundable, unless it is our mistake.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to process once the item is received by us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items, custom apparel, undergarments and jewelry/accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
ALL SALES FINAL: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom apparel. Anything that is made to order by your specifications is NON-RETURNABLE.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please keep in mind due to limited inventory of each style we aren't always able to offer an exchange. We can however issue you a store credit to use on a future purchase or if the item becomes available again. Please allow ample time to ship your item back to us, to ensure it arrives in the 14 day time frame.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
