Please put in the NOTES SECTION DURING CHECKOUT the players name and number you would like added to the back of your t-shirt

You must add the quantity you want to the cart....Ex: You want 5 shirts with your players name and number please add 5 of these to your cart.  This charge is for each shirt individually, not the entire order.

We will not be responsible for misspelled names or wrong numbers. 

You will receive exactly how you type it in.
